How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are packed and shipped on Fridays of every week.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location, typically, orders take 3-5 business days to arrive after we ship on Fridays. You will be able to track your order using the tracking number sent to the email you provided at checkout, please note there may be a few days processing time until you receive your tracking number and the link goes live.

How much is Shipping?

Standard shipping for domestic (U.S) orders is $7.50, for domestic orders over $120 you will be able to select FREE shipping at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes!

Canada shipping is $20

Rest of world for all other locations will be calculated at the checkout

In the event that we cannot ship to your location we will contact you and refund your order promptly. 

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at invisibleoffice@thegimmeproject.com  if you need to modify or cancel your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
