Life's many strange twists and turns through the years. It was brought to my attention in 2016 that THE GIMME PROJECT was featured in a panel discussion at The University of Music and Art in Chengdu, China in 2011. This was sent to me 5 years ago today by someone who sat in on that discussion in the university. The impact this brand has made through the years in different walks of life and realms of fashion have been humbling to say the least. From being featured on the Global trend forecasting site WGSN, as a brand to "pay attention to" back in 2005 to having celebrities I've never me wearing things I've created is always a trip to witness.
